Todd Millar is just trying to disappear as if he never participated, taking no responsibility for all the money people are asking for back.

It’s tough when you’re relying on a service and communication just disappears.

By the way, I regularly get threats of suit, they never happen for RE because the person who makes the threat of the lawsuit is in the wrong.  

There are still some solid pockets if you're patient (or aggressive), but it really comes down to timing and knowing the sub-markets street by street.Happy to connect and compare notes anytime — or just vent about how fast stuff disappears off-market these days!

Fine, a bit more - in my experience, the majority of this type of advertisement is from scammers looking to get your information and escrow money and then disappear. 

They are also very unresponsive, you'll get a lot of upfront communication while you're signing up for things and then they disappear. 

Upon logging into my Stessa account, I discovered that all my property rent rolls, and transaction history from the past two years had disappeared.

This provides an international/affluent tourist pool whom are extremely unlikely to disappear regardless of local economic conditions.

They want you to give them some kind of refund amount to make their stay less cost and dangle the threat of a bad review over you to extort you for money.
