Chuck Kramer Disrupting the Real Estate Sales? Will RE Agents be extinct?

The tilting floors are a give away.I know that you don't want to be to the northeast of a cranberry bog as pesticides sprayed by helicopter are carried by the prevailing southwest winds. It's that level of detail that automation just won't be able to replace.I agree that the old school style of brokerage with the big office with plate glass windows on Main St might want to re-think things.

Aidan Mulligan Explain the hatred of pitbulls
4 May 2019 | 142 replies
@Aidan Mulligan In addition to pit bulls because they might be dangerous, I ban short people because they sometimes fail to clean the tops of the cupboards, tall people because they sometimes don’t notice the dirty floors, fat people because they can be hard on the carpets, and skinny people because, well, I’ve put on a few pounds lately and I just don’t want that kind of thing around me.Kevin (previous owner of two Rottweiler rescues, current owner of rott/pit mix rescue).
Kaleem Ullah Selling the house in Woodbridge,VA hot market

I personally would also try and get some better photos, it seems like you are getting showings but I think the photos are lacking, better photos I think have the potential to greatly increase the chance of getting someone to 'fall in love' with the home before they ever get their in person which sometimes is all we need for them to view minor imperfections with rose-colored glasses versus looking for reasons not to buy.I know their is no silver bullet in there but just my thoughts, overall though, it's a good neighborhood and seems to be priced fairly.
