I finished Michael Blank's book earlier this year and picked this one up yesterday and totally hooked.

@Brian BurkeI’m new to this game and scrambling to build up the equity and education as I try to wait patiently to find a way into Real Estate.I moved here to US three year ago from the UK on a work visa and I feel like I’m staring at a blank slate and assume I’ll struggle even speaking to the banks for mortgages, especially now during the prime opportunity which could very well prevail if there is to be an economic contraction and downward cycle in the market.

FYI, the shares certificates are in the "Units & Ledger" tab of your company binder, you should have some unsigned blank ones left in your binder even if you sent your "50 or so" signed shares into them.
