Well for starters I stopped using my cell phone number on the closing paperwork many years ago.

A1 would be your cash outflow at acquisition, then the nine cells in B1 to J1 would be your first 9 years of cash flow.

We put a lot of efford and attention into keeping basements dry, but we still have an occasional pipe burst or sump pump fail and see issues and when you get water in a basement; carpet can be dried and cleaned, it's the open cell pad that is holding on to gallons of water like a kitchen sponge.

See what works best for you, some folks work in places where cell phone usage is not allowed or maybe are just too busy to answer in the morning hours.Good luck!

And it can be used by one cell phone at a time so more than one cell phone can access it.  

@Joe Gore Hello Sir.I have read several of the threads relating to skip tracing companies and you seem to have a pretty good finger on who's the best provider, I.E. direct from credit bureau.Currently I am subscribed to Intelius, and the rate of accurate phone numbers sucks, sucks bad.What is your success rate with utilizing the credit bureaus for obtaining cell numbers, as most folks no longer have a land line?
