I was very impressed with your most recent podcast, which led me to find you here.  

Also Costco is THE best place to find nice good priced LED light fixtures...and other items too!

In the mean time I will put up some motion detecting, LED battery operated lights.

Naturally this has led me to the world of MF syndication.

The Vice President of 1st Bank Yuma Travis Hice was extremely helpful and made the transaction easy.Unfortunately, we used an inexperienced Title Officer at Pioneer Title which led to several miscalculations & numerous head aches.

I say situation because we do not know if this is a recession, and so far we're not seeing indicators that it will be (contrary to what March led us to believe). 

According to my CE block busting is when ( most common) black family would move on a block the white residence would start selling as they were worried their values would go down.. and that led to white flight.   

Then eventually lots of googling led me to bigger pockets and here I am.

I have started listening to the podcast from the beginning which led me to this book.
