Again, please, feel free to pay that portion of my auto expense, I will be just as grateful as your tenants for only having to pay 80% of actual market price. 

We are extraordinarily grateful for the opportunity, even more so for those of us who have had others dictate our pay rate.

We are grateful that the facility is still performing well but know that we may not be out of the woods yet as you hear reports of possible future waves of shutdowns, continued high unemployment, defaults, etc.

I have a couple of tenants who have lost their jobs and are getting assistance so I gave them a deal that covers all my monthly cost, they are grateful and I even sleep better that before because I don't worry about evicting them.
