I have been putting together my power team and want to get started even if its Just baby steps at first.

I see Erie and a baby photo so the meetups in Denver might not be easy to attend, but that's a great place to talk shop.

If that's the case then I would not recommend buying a fixer and trying to rehab it while living in it and having your first baby at the same time. 

(they don't come from Paris like babies do)BP members are mostly able to sell a property on their own, handle contract, consult an attorney, title company - we all have a support team already around us (or should be building one fast).

Always take baby steps when working towards your financial freedom.
