I was wondering whether any of you have experience investing out of province within Canada or across the border in the US.

Not a fan of the word & phrase clouds, too cluttered for my eyes, is there another way to display that kind of data?

Like all cities though, there are better areas and worse areas, for example, East Cleveland borders both University Circle and Cleveland Heights which are more gentrified and/or "old money" areas and have much higher property value and rent, so if the property you're considering is towards either of those you'll be better off.

The more I look, the more tempted I become to either go high end (reduce cash flow, problems, and increase appreciation), or cross the border into Nh and look into towns such as Nashua and Manchester.Great discussion!

The things that are the most frightening are these:#1 - Their sales pitch/techniques are so good I would say it borders on brainwashing.

Dig deeper and see if RE is a passion of yours or an industry you can freely display your gifts if so you won't feel it as work, because indeed you will have to put tons of work, effort and hours in it and make RE a lifestyle)  

In the next couple weeks: I have planned 2 roof replacements, a cement border replacement, a privacy partition replacement, rebuild a gazebo, a fence segment replacement. 

It is showing up in migrants coming across the Mexican border.
