First, fund and grow does not help you alleviate the negative affects on your credit.

Good preparatory maintenance in the summer and fall can alleviate most winter problems.

Secondly, when talking on economic theory yes, the catalyst does matter, greatly, to the extent that it's almost all that matters because it is the means as to how far-reaching a recession will be, how deep, durable, and the means to mitigate and alleviate. 

War on drugs, failed.

Crime and local policy is forcing people out of the area leaving only the bad things behind. people don't want to move to an area filled with crime, drugs, and homelessness.

I know that the dishes can be alleviated with good management practices, but that just seems like a lot of random people to be served by one kitchen, and likewise with the bathrooms and shower situation.I'm grateful for any insight or advice that you all have to offer!
