Happy Thanksgiving right back you and to all on BP today!

We had houses caught in the Texas storms/flooding/hail and would have loved a line to put roofs back on houses.  

Back in 2008 and 2009, during the foreclosure wave, I saw cases where people poured concrete down drains, stripped copper wiring from the walls, left water running to flood properties, and caused extreme mold damage.

I sent over the terms to my client and he said he would get back to me. 

We have 33 direct owned units, currently work with a PM, are looking at going back to self-management, and are interested in the replies to this thread. 

Then that politician always has some scandal where they embezzle money or hire their cronies to do work that never gets done and it’s back to square one.

It’s about giving them back a sense of control they thought they’d lost.For those who’ve been around foreclosure situations — investors, agents, or even homeowners — have you seen this shift too?

After however , lender kept requesting additional documentation, or wanting to change formats that banks or whoever would provide, combated statements on how they print them etc m, very annoying but I went out of my way to appease and just get deal done, they assured they would close , but now I’ve heard this over and over they would say oh it will be Monday , then two more days , etc, then come back with needing something different.
