After 3-4 months, I think you'll start to get the hang of it by reading here a lot.Later you can buy a new porsche like me and laugh at all the college snobs who think theyre better than everyone else and doubted you, yet they make as much as 1-2 burger king workers after accumulating $50,000+ in student loans (my favorite tactic was to post pictures of it online with me in it and then proceed to give them facebook pokes to force them to look at my profile, and then ask them what their experience with V12 engines have been like because im planning to purchase a new ferrari next year)

I know I'm over simplifying, it doesn't seem that hard I would imagine @Jay Hinrichs saying "Questionable ethnics is like ice in your drink at a burger flipper, the higher the volume the more ice they put in your soda, and will use words like *cooling optimization* to defend the scant amount of soda in MY DRINK!"

Inflation rises each year generally and the menu's pricing usually keeps going up.So for instance if there was 3% bonus to landlord in additional rent above 1,000,000 in annual sales and not adjusted for inflation it should be easier for tenant to hit that number each year as the burger meal goes from 7.00 to 7.25 to 7.50 etc.
