I think marketing is the key before you even get started with a home at least thats what I'm seeing from various comments and also Youtube videos.

So I have been reading books like The And Asset by Caleb Guilliams and The Art of Wholesaling Properties by Robert Shemin, picked the brains of a family member already in the industry and my realtor, got into sites like this one and Legal News, and watched a few youtube videos for the last 6 months.

My wife uses it for her YT on the intros, storyline, trending videos, etc.

Time wise, more time is spent on the video showing physical cash than explaining the 'system'.

I have watched thousands of YouTube videos by Robert Kiyosaki and Grant Cardone and it feels like they talk a lot about finding deals and getting into real estate but they don't say how.

I had some ideas also which could be like a hot tub or sauna games (pool,video games, airhockey ETC).
