Hey Alex,I have a similar property in boston, there are tons of contractors who may use it for storage/light use without having clients needing parking, we have rented out spaces like this in the past also to hobbyist who don't have garages but want to have a space for to conduct their hobbies, feel free to dm me if you want to chat more
