Are there any shared spaces?

I’m interested in joining the mtr space in the Denver metro area, particularly looking at  buying 1-2 br properties hospitals, but it seems like everything is running cash flow negative.

My current work centers on evaluating value-add and stabilized deals with strong operational upside and in-place cash flow.My background includes building multiple successful businesses in the fitness and education space, which taught me the importance of systems, strategic execution, and building high-performance teams.

The way I've lost the most $ in this space is by underestimating a property value.

I've talked with both tenants and also sent an email reminding them they live in a shared space, need to be considerate of each other and  given they are in a shared space, some noise is inevitable.    

Mind you, you could also lose every cent you put in if you get rugged, so it is not for the faint of heart.   

The indoor pickleball court (30x60 garage with 23' vaulted ceiling) can double as a gathering space for both homes, making it a kind of community center for activities. 

I currently have 4 doors and am looking to move into the multi family rental space.

In the meantime I’m trying to find a property that my in-laws can move into (I am currently renting in LA and don’t have the space for them yet unfortunately) but they are scared they won’t be able to afford another place in LA if they move at this point.Thoughts?
