I am currently in my last semester of college and am working a job that only pays me $15hr to sit at a desk and forecast all day... which has been driving me absolutely CRAZY.  

Hi Eviano, I'm a JSU professor currently spending a semester in California taking care of my mother.

But make sure it's close enough to campus because there's been a LOT of new construction of large apartments right next to campus last semester and this semester.... which is drawing the demand inward. 

Took one more semester (two classes, $7k) and got an associates in business studies that looks pretty on my wall I guess.If you know you want to be in real estate, college is not needed or even advised IMO.

This hurts me.Reason is, is because I am taking courses this semester that relate to real estate and yes includes the pre-course requirements to then go and take my state exam here in FL. 

I am getting my real estate license next month in the hopes of interning / working / learning about the industry my spring semester before I graduate.

Since we are buying AFTER the school season has started we know vacancy will be a challenge until next school year and are hoping to get some leasing for spring semester, but have entertained the idea of AirBnB, but the following questions have stopped me from pursuing it:The purchasing/transportation/assembly of furnitureThings will likely get ruined (sheets, dishes, furniture) will my cleaning lady/house mom really be willing to go out and buy these things and replace them?

I was looking at East Rutherford, etc...I am currently finishing my last semester at Bergen Community College (Yes, since I moved, I drive about 80+ miles there & back from Mine Hill, NJ 4 days out of the week & more to visit Fort Lee). 12/21/2018 is the last day at Bergen & from there I will be working full-time & become a real estate agent around Fort Lee area.

I plan on joining my Real Estate Club in the fall semester and have already networked with several individuals in the organization.

If I ever get big, I would like to pass on my knowledge to others as I go on and that's what I think it's nice to be in a community.I'm going to be studying for the real estate licensure sooner after I finish summer semester.
