George st can be a bit rough, but I hear there is a lot of Gentrification going on all over Moncton due to out of province investors taking interest in the city.

I recommend George Dube from Kitchener.

I have analyzed Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina, Halifax, Sudbury, Windsor and some smaller communities; Prince George, Crankbrook, Sydney, but I just cannot decide where to start truly putting all my time into. 

George street might give you some deals, the city is attempting to grow businesses in that area, right now it’s a little rough. 

I’m also looking into Prince George & around that area.
