The best way to answer your "Systems question" is to encourage you to do what works best for you.The goal of a system is to automate the process so that it manufactures a desired result.

Tell them what you want to do.Use one of the automated search tools for craigslist.

Arguably the question is how much would it cost in personal time to work free leads, then compare apples to apples, unfortunately i do believe the cold calling free leads (FSBO's) would probably get you the most bang for your buck but which process can be fully automated.

My policy is to deliver the best product and chose to hand (human) insert the letter and tuck over automation to insert and seal because it presents a truer feel.  

The campaign delivers a lead magnet served through LeadPages and then automation through an email auto-responder with Active Campaign to warm up the suspects and turn them into prospects.

For instance, I created scripts to manage all inquiries, and started using apps to automate the initial screening process, so that instead of typing out a response every time someone texted me (a nightmare), it all became very automated.
