A temperate climate enhances the season for outdoor sports, including world-class golf, hiking, biking, and fishing.

I am hoping to walk away with not only some enhanced knowledge in this area but hopefully some serious potential partners that share similar goals/mindset on how and what they want to achieve.

The problem is we live in a very complex and integrated world and most of the issues we face are complicated by nature and require a more comprehensive solution than "always do this" = problem solved. 

South Korea has done the most widespread and inclusive testing and reports a .77% mortality rate, vs the 2.0-3.4% rates reported in countries with less comprehensive figures.

Now many are laid off, no pathway to return to an old job, running around trying to collect unemployment, the enhanced unemployment sometimes is more, sometimes Is less than what someone made...it’s a total mess.

I'm pretty happily surprised to see that collections here seem great but since few were laid off in March that make's some sense...May collections may be tougher for people with rentals above the $1500-$2000 mark since enhanced unemployment maxes out to around 1k/week for most. 

Baltimore does seem to have a lot NARPM members, though I have no idea if that denotes competence, or they've just paid a fee to be on a list.In general, there are no good/comprehensive clearinghouse sources/sites for finding good residential PMs (1-4 unit properties).
