They will never stop demanding things, complaining about things, etc.I come from a long line of Irish cops.

Everyone needs to learn their rights and the laws that pertain to them, both landlords and tenants.But, yep, 99 times out of 100, a landlord can take advantage of this one and it really gets my Irish up.
