We just had the Hard Rock sign a contract to open a new hotel on Indian land right in the area, and we have been attracting the likes of Amazon, Target, Walmart, Etc. for the distribution side of the equation.  2) Small commercial, in my opinion, is going to be a little rough in the future.

Illegals don't have a patent on hard work and there are plenty of Americans that would do the work they do if they were paid more for doing so.The same can be said for engineers competing with Indians willing to work for 30 percent of what they do.

One last thing, as I've said before I don't do those ABCD grades myself, but even in the best parts of Tosa like the Highlands, if that's an "A", then what are places like River Hills, Chenequa, Elm Grove or especially Indian Hills in Elm Grove where they've got teardowns selling for $700k and being replaced by 12,000, 15,000 or even a 20,000 sq foot home??
