Nothing crazy, like a laptop to replace one thats like 10 years old as a christmas gift. 

Both major plants (GM & Chrysler) are investing big into revitalizing and modernizing their plants.

Today I live in a very new, nice, ultra modern building with an entertainment area, nice landscaping, water fountains , lawn area, security etc. etc.

Not sure if city / county code laws do not allow for the homes to be modernized with materials such as fiber cement board / hardi board panels.  

Plenty of industries are available that are MORE lucrative than real estate, not like we have a monopoly on profit, it's just the one we all happen to like.If you're living in America (or any big modern country) your quality of life is most likely the highest of all human existence before you; this is proof of non-zero sum.

But when I do launch my new website its purpose from my end is simply I guess more of a brag piece more than anything.. we have built some pretty cool housing tracks and some super neato Period homes in Charleston and moderns in Portland that I  would like to showcase.. and other land developments we are doing and have an interest in.. that look great from google maps I love google maps. 

Our agent popped open his laptop right there in the driveway to write our offer up, which we docusigned right then and there on our cell phones, still in the driveway of the subject property. 

I make around $300 daytrading the eMini Futures, per hour on my laptop for my "retirement."

Ben, don't make me throw a head lock on you and throw you on your lap top with a guru slam!

All you really need is a PC or laptop with a web cam.Hope this helps ...
