It sucks wage dollars out of the economy into other economies, and the initial purchase money coming in is only circulated for a time, only to be retaken later.

I think I'll take advantage of this, installing locked gates for easy access, and reasonably spaced pickets for circulation.

Don't need a ton to make ends meet with my spouse.I would take $300,000 to leverage for more rentals and keep re-circulating funds to grow that group. 

I have built my own circulating system in the past (at a camp).  

(We sprayed everything 3' down on the walls and all flooring...So did the dog..LOL)  Then let that air dry for a day (with fans going to circulate the air. 

Tenant agrees to take due precaution against freezing water or waste pipes and stoppage of same in and about said premises.This includes, but is not limited to disconnecting all garden hoses from outdoor faucets prior to freezing weather and opening cabinets under fixtures that are adjacent to outside walls to allow warm air circulation near water and waste pipes.If water or waste pipes are frozen Tenant will notify Landlord immediately and in writing.If Tenant did not take due precaution to prevent the freezing and/or fails to notify Landlord of a problem in a timely manner, Tenant will be held liable for all damage caused thereby.

Are the in-line heaters in the units or does the system include circulation?

The only time that you get hot water in the shower is when the heat is on in the apartment and the water is circulating through the heating pipes.

In most states, there's also alternate ways to complete the service (i.e. publication in a newspaper of general circulation, etc). 

.- Keep blinds and curtains open so air can circulate around the windows. - Use fans to keep air circulating throughout the home.- Be sure to ventilate (fan or window) when taking showers or otherwise creating excess moisture in the home.- Open doors/windows and air out the home whenever possible to remove excess moisture.
