I would imagine he got that or above, but I didn't get a response from him when I reached out to ask.For me it's basically just going to be trial and error, but I'm going to use those tips and just ask questions as I run into problems.

This is a work in progress as we trial new tech in our homes to see what is the most beneficial for the residents. 2020 Count: 4 homes: 30 licensed beds (2 homes are smaller with only 5 bedrooms each)I would say that 2021 has been bit of a game changer for our company and an epiphany (at least for me).

Ultimately, by renting out rooms, hacking spaces and lots of trial and error I managed to create 3 separate units in the basement which give each tenant their own maximum space (minimal sharing).

So these trials are not "trials of the century" that so many worry about.
