Today I live in a very new, nice, ultra modern building with an entertainment area, nice landscaping, water fountains , lawn area, security etc. etc.

Both major plants (GM & Chrysler) are investing big into revitalizing and modernizing their plants.

When I'm doing showings, I have a laptop with a small scanner. 

I acquired the four-plex with varied levels of updates, but would need/want to paint cabinets, paint doors, trim, walls; if carpeted, replace carpet with LVP; replace faucets with modern faucets, etc.

Might not be the right size or location for me,  but it's clean enough, modern enough, safe enough, convenient enough.  

Seamed copper roof, brick veneer, quartersawn oak, what would be modern clear-grade oak floors.

Ordinary people can't afford to renovate their homes for modern living.

Grey seems to be the new beige and makes the home look more modern.

Unfortunately, that doesn’t include almost all modern exotics.
