I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or loose money in any market.

On the other hand, you may generate substantially higher deal volume. 

We got rid of it with weekly anti-flea spray and daily vacuuming.

Searched on RMLS and Redfin daily.

I only focus on my clients websites and here are my daily results:I only say "5%" because I can't help myself while on the pooper, whipping out my phone (don't ask from where)... and check out the leads coming in, while I do this really really weird evil maniacal cackle.Can you imagine  standing on the outside hearing that coming from the bathroom.It's great!
