People think real estate is a silver bullet that they load shoot and all of a sudden their troubles are over,  their depressions over, their  low self-esteem is over And they’re driving a brand new Cadillac when they’re not on the beach drinking lemonade.

Do you think that the banks and corporate interests running the country are suddenly going to just disappear?

Also if we have any sort of a correction coming (due to continued eviction moratoriums, sudden freezing of credit, civil disruptions during the election, etc) you dont want to be paying retail for deals right now via roofstock.
