You shouldn't have any problems with Wells, BOA, Citizens or a mortgage broker like Guaranteed Rate.

@Oskar Czeladko make sure you are working with a mortgage broker and not a big bank lender, when listing agents see a big bank lender they automatically think long escrow so steer away from the Chases, BOA, Wells Fargos etc.
