I don't currently have any business entity/LLC, so that would probably eliminate the option of implementing a consulting contract and charging a fee for services.

Hi BP Pro's,Has anyone here used a reliable and not too expensive phone call, voicemail and tracking company or service to receive calls from prospects, customers and your marketing?  

Most landscaping companies will do one time services but they cost a lot more because they want you to sign up for a regular service plan.

Just because it's C class doesn't mean your getting bottom of the barrel people that don't use bank accounts lol, my Tennant's are mostly younger service or labor industry workers.

Can the rents be raised at all?  

I’ve been a landlord and GC for over 25 years in Cleveland and serviced the lending industry when the foreclosure crisis was in full swing.

He also recently got a raise at work and is making a lot more.

You could also try to arrange a "swap" of some sort with an experienced investor wherein you learn investing and provide some other service.
