Then you shouldn't have any problems.Technically, I guess, a subject-to having any existing financing on a deal needs some attention as to underwriting the deal with any buyer, if you take care with that you shouldn't get into something you can't get out of.I have had hundreds of lenders tell me they would/could/will/might call a loan due, only a few (BoA is good at it here, but not all) and as Rick mentioned, nothing tragic.

Also claims that he's going thru a divorce and that the house is or maybe isn't on his list or priorities.My question, can I go or contact the bank BOA I believe is holding the loan and try to submit an offer thru BOA or must they follow certain steps before they can put the house up for action?
