Think of looking at a bunch of restaurants at once to see what one sounds good.

and well .....Amazon taking about 3 mill sq ft, new hotels, restaurants, massive infrastructure and more.

.: Yeah..ok...And all teachers should have kids first...All doctors should have lots of medical issues before they can practice....All dentists should have lot of dental issues before they can practice...Every waiter should owner a restaurant before they can wait tables....Every car salesman should have bought multiple new cars before selling any....I get your point..... it would be great if every realtor had to have real life home ownership under their belt, so they have that BTDT experience..... but not gonna happen And all teachers should have kids first...More like you should have kids before you get a job teaching parenting skills to new parents.All doctors should have lots of medical issues before they can practice....More like you should be a Doctor before you train Med students.All dentists should have lot of dental issues before they can practice...More like you should be a Dentist before you train new Dentists.Every waiter should owner a restaurant before they can wait tables....More like you should try the food on the menu.Every car salesman should have bought multiple new cars before selling any....More like you should know how to drive a car before being a car salesman.

Everybody cries about immigrants but half the time they're the only ones who will work, and they will share a house with 10 people and one car until they've saved enough money to buy a restaurant or some rental properties and then people are griping about foreigners owning everything. 

To all wholesaler out there, name your favorite food restaurant in town.

I just went to dinner at a local “historic landmark” restaurant on many acres with ponds, streams, etc. and asked how they were making money paying for all this?

Demand should be strong for residential in the town center just because of the lack of inventory in the fairfax area and the proximity to restaurants/entertainment.  

Think take out food tenants vs in restaurant dining tenants. 

@Jay HinrichsNevada is $9 plus tips, which in my small quick service restaurant is $15-$20 an hour.

Eat at local restaurants and get a feel for the town or area and of course check out any houses we may be interested in and establish relationship with a realtor but once we have a good lay of the land we aren't nervous about putting money to work in the area.
