Some landlords own lots of property but give horrible or illegal advice.

What we are really looking for is guidance on how to best approach the landlord to just have the lease terminated so she can move on past this horrible experience. 

Our first deal went bonkers, bought for a great price 1 property (2 units), almost about to finish the rehab the property caught fire. which at first was horrible, but tx to having great insurance everything worked out great.

It is horrible, but the reality is that it damages an animals mental state. 

The story around Morris is horrible.

The living area floors were horrible. 

Those are horrible returns. 

You can say I'm a horrible person for saying that out loud, but the fact is that when it comes down to it, the majority of people living there feel the same way.

I've just had such a horrible history with her (and I've offered her several times that I'll gladly let her out of her lease and give her her deposit back.....she won't) that her asking me for my address is setting up such huge red flags.
