We just cleaned our house to be rented and that bleach/water worked wonders.

It will mean that I'll be interacting with realtors and home buyers regularly. 

I can not reach my regular lender and need urgently a LSR before the property is gone.

I honestly don't think caulking around the sink, paint patches from holes on the dry wall, oil hinges, cleaning and basic maintenance would cost that much.

I also realized that there's a lot of house flipping work that I actually enjoy doing - I enjoy putting together IKEA cabinets, painting, cleaning, doing landscaping - but I enjoy them when I'll see some fruits for those labors!

The South Sound meet-up is the week afterwards I believe.I do not yet know of any regularly scheduled meet-up in the areas you're talking about...I believe though, that @Kat Rogers, @Timothy Daniels, and @Scott Price all operate out of the Oak Harbor/Burlington region.

Guessing could potentially pick up $20+k...property is closing at $243k, so it's not a huge investment to begin with....or stick with original plan and clean it up a bit, with projected rents producing $700-900/month net income after pretty conservative numbers.

For those of you who have a vacation condo, do you use the resort’s rental program or do you market your rental yourself through sites like VRBO or HOMEAWAY and find your own cleaning company, etc.?
