Then they are stored in the document section of the tenant portal and my side of the software.

I have used a combination of all the previous suggestions… I want to add that I have also had success furnishing my STR’s using zero interest financing from a local furniture store in my area. 

It will still be cheaper than the tenant having to store the boat anywhere else.
