As I remember he suggests taking out a personal loan from a bank or credit union, deposit the money, and then use that same money to payoff the whole loan in the first billing cycle (and maybe any interest that occurs in that billing cycle).

If you happen to be a licensed real estate agent and your MLS uses CoreLogic then RPR and Realist are great tools for this.Recently I met with a BizDev person at Stewart Title and we talked through how they can use two Title Research tools to help me target investments, so it occurs to me that this is a possibility with most title companies.Good luck focusing and finding those deals!

In a straight up sale from the borrower, there is no redemption right.Icon the other hand, the foreclosure sale Did occur, the title company will have to verify the redemption right, and follow proper procedure, and of course insist on title insurance with no Exceptions relating to the redemption issue.
