This 3BR house has only been vacant ten days and a lady looked at it and said she will sign the lease if A-- we paint the kitchen a different color, and B-- if we let her put up a chain link fence around the back yard at her own expense.How does this sound to you guys?

Being in a garage would remove her from the house - whether legally or not it could be done - it seems as if this lady has been down this road before and she is a setup artist (scammer).I do not know if it is now possible to get and retain a list of other places she has lived and what if anything she engaged in at those times - but proving her history would be helpful.

I know a lady who lives in Atlanta and owns in San Diego.

I think he is the Pimp and the 2 females are the "Ladies".

My lady is a living in an apartment complex in Chandler AZ.

The problem is the lady was out this week when all of this went down.  

The problem was her cleaning lady put the old cat litter in her garbage can, that is what she was smelling. 

Regarding Tenant #3:  Question: What does your lease with Salon Lady say happens if the lease is not renewed?  

So I have been talking to many property management companies looking for a place to rent, and also evaluating them as if they were to one day manage my properties.I want to go view potential rentals, but the lady told me she doesn't show in the evenings, and maybe can do Saturday.

I talked to a nice old lady that said she's been there on section 8 for 14 years.
