Instead, you have to look at market factors that cause demand.If you think the PNW is in for a drop anytime soon, you might look at some of the driving forces that have caused it to run up to where it's at now.

@Justin Seng I explain to tenants at lease signing, that they have a right to be at the property any time work is being done, but also have the option to approve work being done without them being there.

Having a big chunk of money available at any time with only 4-5% interest on the borrowed amount would be an awesome thing to have.

 Is there any time limits on that lease option contract  set by the state of Texas?
