I personally don’t know anything about that type of marketing or technology, but my son is apparently pretty good based on the battle to get him when he became free and my personal knowledge that he’s good at whatever he does.

This is large enough that it is not a 1 man show and there should be some reach with more technology and channels etc but small enough you know everyone there. 

There is no current technology that can produce drinkable water from sea water at a cost that makes it even close to being a viable source for agriculture (unless you include MJ as ag).

As consumers and users of all the new technology, we are used to instant responses and never think about the guy who has the job at the lending institution. 

Everyone in the space wants a percent of your business so gaining true processes, marketing and technology you can control is vital to maintaining reasonable profit margins.

I'd think the Columbus market was quickly growing with all the hospital and technology investments happening around the area.

Complete at least two total rehabs in Dec.Wholesale at least four houses in Nov and DecHire a project manager in the next couple weeks, so I dont have to work 60-80 weeksHave things lined up so I can go to Fla vacation  for two week the first of Jan.

Learn from those guys and have the upper hand with technology.
