I opened a PO BOX to use for any mail for my LLCs.  

For things like card swipes at home improvement stores, I can have them document a PO (Purchase Order) to identify which project this purchase is for.

When creating my LLC I was not allowed to use a PO Box and had to use my personal home address.

Perhaps start using a PO Box location and set up a google phone # that goes right to your email but at already it doesn’t call your phone.

Also as stated a PO box is not appropriate for a company address.

@Damein WhiteDifferent cities or municipalities could have better or worse schools as well as one of them could require a POS and the other could be the city of Cleveland which doesn't require that.

The city of Cleveland does not require a POS inspection.

I use a PO Box simply as a way to separate my business and personal life, plus any Return To Senders will be more obvious in a PO Box (for me, anyway).

yellow letters are for ( well you know what)  I prefer more targeted type communication'sBut then again many folks that want to give away their home or have lived in it for years and now its a POS just because of how they live  those are your targets,Investors by and large will not fall for that stuff. although they may have bought war zone or really bad areas and want to jettison

Never a PO box address.A return Label with seasonal art works great as it solves two issues.
