@Damein WhiteDifferent cities or municipalities could have better or worse schools as well as one of them could require a POS and the other could be the city of Cleveland which doesn't require that.

yellow letters are for ( well you know what) I prefer more targeted type communication'sBut then again many folks that want to give away their home or have lived in it for years and now its a POS just because of how they live those are your targets,Investors by and large will not fall for that stuff. although they may have bought war zone or really bad areas and want to jettison
