Airy was designed to have more of an suburban feel (homes with a good amount of outdoor space, larger amounts of green space, singles and twins, are more abundant than row homes here) in and urban environment.

Yet that is how so many beginners treat their new "investment" business - they expect others to come to them to solve their problems, or they're incapable of communicating at an adult level when reaching out.  

The application includes a form authorizing landlords and employers to release information to me.I give a copy of the application and the acceptance criteria to every adult who comes to the property -- to avoid being accused of discriminating by selectively giving out information.
