@Eric JohnsonMaybe you could use an Excel sheet with the tracking numbers, item description, and delivery date on Google Drive and upload it there so everyone can see it. 

My cleaner/manager can pick it up but also where I am I can have it delivered by Google Express and stored away.

I get better stuff, more selection, fast roof top delivery, and the material isn't damaged.

I have expressed my intentions from the beginning.
