Are you utilizing an appraiser to set ARV or comps?

I've spread my investments between stocks/bonds, real estate holdings, education infrastructure, health care industry infrastructure, and agriculture infrastructure.  

"The ABCs of Real Estate by Ken McElroy" is a good primer on the whole industry, but doesn't focus on MF.I really enjoyed "Crushing It" by Brian Murray.

The minimum loan amounts on some of these programs vary between $250K to $500K.There are programs for loan amounts below $250K but the rates are even higher but you still have the ability to utilize the 30-year amortization.You can go to the local bank and get a loan but their products are different. 

check out kurt kelleys company, they are insurance agents, but are some of the best in the industry.

Hi,I am wondering if someone would be able to assist me in a good streamline process for handling utility bills.

(With some improvement rent could maybe go higher)Basic utilities are covered by the landlord (electric and gas).

The problem with that is that it includes utilities and I have no idea how much they are allowing for that.

I've done 3 deals and own a total of 11 doors with my own money and now want to start utilizing investor capital. 

Does the FCRA have any input on to whom I rent... meaning, does it create any limitations on my criteria:  no felonies in past 10 years, not on probation or parole, no evictions in past 10 years, good references from prior landlords, not owe money to any prior landlord or utility company, have reasonable credit, income is 3x rent, etc.
