Hi all,I am in Cleveland for a few days and was wondering if anyone wants to meet up for coffee or lunch to discuss the local market.

A lot of times when you talk to people you meet they may have friends or acquaintances who may be interested in renting your property.

I use loopnet but quickly ran out of deals that meet my criteria.

I am a big fan of BRRR.Do you have any meet-up in Austin? 

They also have a monthly meeting for the real estate investors group here in Gainesville so you may want to check them out to see if that might be a good fit.

ok i was just wondering as a first time home buyer would this be a big mistake going online and using websites like Trulia zillow etc to look for my house and just contact that listing agent and set up a meeting to look at the house and if i like just buy it at the listing price?
