I am still looking for a solution, to push Wheelhouse pricing, into the VRBO/Homeaway platform. 

Her dog had torn up blinds, crapped inside and outside, chewed up trim and window sills, pet hair all over the couches, and more.Most of them were great but some were awful.

Is it likely that repairing this area, new flooring, new windows, new HVAC and paint will remedy the problem.

however, there is no barrier to market on VRBO/Homeaway, Booking.com, etc.My favorite is Airbnb for two reasons - A) best online marketing platform.  

For example, I couldn't remember how many windows I needed to replace on the last place I looked at, so I just had to look at the video to find out.

One bed, one bath, 550 sf costs about $250 for a move out cleaning including washing walls, baseboards, windows, heavy stove/fridge cleaning, bathroom and kitchen in normal albeit dirty shape.
