It’s a numbers game but I’ll tell you right now you’ll need to have a lot of calls to make this happen.

I highly suggest playing this game from the Rich Dad franchise, "Cashflow".

I believe having a partnership would benefit us both because we would both be in it for the long game and I wouldn't have to worry about him completing the project as fast as possible for the payout with leaving things unchecked.  

But you likely cannot play the long game that institutional investors can.
