The low flow toilets have come a long way and the Kohler powerful self-cleaning pretty impressive.

I was told there was a plumbing problem in the basement and a clean out had to be installed.When the last owner had it converted to storage, the took out the bathroom/kitchen plumbing and electrical.

Having clean terms: cash, no inspection, short close, all have a value.  

It seems that AirBnB is now being priced out with exorbitant cleaning/processing fees.

#inspiring.The thing i am struggling is finding a good, trustworthy Handyman and Cleaning person, I am planning to handle them remotely and it worries me if i don't have those trustworthy person to rely on, i might end up getting bad reviews...

I'd recommend a real service if you are a FT manager, cleaning service or other, just more professional IMO, you don't have the "please hold while Google Voice connects you."

The space looks clean and fresh.  

  $500 cash for keys when the property is left broom clean and undamaged is a good recommendation. 

Also the added concern of extra cleaning, sick guests, etc.

I'm on the north side of Chicago and was wondering how often people clean their vents and if anyone has a good recommendation for a good vent cleaning service for a small multifamily unit building.
