They can have useful referrals of lenders, contractors, and agents. 

The classes you take to become an agent pertain primarily to license law, not real estate.

I was just getting feedback from contractors that made be double think about the entire thing. 

I know its hot out there now so good help is probably hard to find. But a reputable GC would be greatly appreciated for a newer investor like myself. Any contacts would be appreciated.

I don't know if they are assigning the contract or double closing but wanted to get it from the horses mouth rather than make assumptions.Do real estate agents like to work with wholesalers?

We just use the AAR purchase contract, since my wife is licensed.

That said I only use my licenses for our own investing/business.
