Would love any advice on connecting with lenders that would say cash out a 45-50k value property with a renter at 700 after some seasoning period.

That's what I love about real estate investing, it allows for creativity. 

(In fact I'm in love with a property that is just that, but I believe it is overpriced) I am interested in BRRR, Flip and Hold but I've decided to not make any purchases that have less than 2 of those as an option. 

I love RE because it's helped both my husband and I find the motivation to get out of debt and have a wonderful financial future.

And, finally, don't fall in love with the project and over do it. 

I am looking for ways to start in the real estate investing career, start my own business and pursuit my financial freedom to be able to provide a better future to my love ones.
