@Stacy Jordan, "experienced investors" like this are not usually motivated enough to let you have it for less than your Wholesale price ie. they can usually find Flippers easily enough themselves.Perhaps you should be asking your already-existing extensive list of Buyers this question?

I'm Air Force, so I will use what I know.Right near the gates of military bases, you often see pawn shops, used car lots, and payday loan places. 

I checked smoke detectors, replaced air filters, serviced the HVAC unit, & checked the plumbing, electrical outlets, appliances, and crawlspace.  

I have family in the electrical, plumbing, heating and air business so I have names and contacts in construction that I could refer you to.  

I'm 100% okay at this time leaving my comfort zone but the details concerning that departure are still up in the air.
