Well just because you are an agent doesn't mean you've got to drive people around town looking at families.

The biggest time waster for me is I have to drive 3 hours there and back to do simple things like showing the property to prospective tenants and showing up in court for evictions.

Or maybe you do some serious driving and head out to some in DC or Baltimore.

You will find things like retention ponds, land locked property, a sliver of land etc.Then I start driving.

The ones that I've looked are decent drive.

While driving by,    we have observed a truck parked in the driveway and seen the front door open  indicating someone might be living there.   

As someone who has only invested in the upswing from 2010 forward, I am curious how new build class A apartment buildings hold up over time.IMO the appeal is the new look and feel of the property that drives the higher rents.

Anyone know if you can make money on Driving 4 $ as a side hustle?
