My realtor had an electrician come out and provide a quote on what it would cost to get up to code, and he estimated $30K, but he also said that it is working fine and "if it were up to him" he would not do anything until absolutely needed (which could be in 20 years if everything is still functioning properly).

I was wondering if there is a post, blog or other section of this site that explains how to do some of the seemingly basic functions such as tagging people in replies.

I find this very helpful to stay organized and ensure that both me and my tenants have the same documents and everything is time stamped in case there is every disputes.
